Well we all know that chocolate is food for the Gods and Goddesses and I have been indulging these past two days in some of the very finest chocolate goodies Chicago has to offer. Writing is also a passion of mine and as I write I learn more about myself so in essence this is about delving into my inner demons or embracing my divine self. I love sharing my definition of energy work and Goddess in all her healing aspects so I spent most of the day tapping into my own creative abilities and sharing my understanding of what Goddess stands for…so please enjoy

HAVE ANY OF YOU EVER MET WITH A GODDESS? SHE IS THE DIVINE PRESENCE OF EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR BEING. SHE IS YOU SHAKING THERE IN THE CORNER, CONFUSED AND NOT SURE HOW SHE HAS BEEN MISUNDERSTOOD? SHE IS YOU GIGGLING AND FLIRTING WITH HERSELF IN THE MIRROR..”HELLO BEAUTIFUL, GOOD MORNING I LOVE YOU FOR YOU FOR EVERY FLAW, EVERY FRECKLE, EVERY LAUGH LINE AND EVERY BEAUTY MARK.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ANYONE ELSE THAT YOU DO NOT ALREADY POSSESS IN ABUNDANCE. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING WE CALL OUR “OWN”. MAYBE IT’S THAT LITTLE LAUGH THAT MAKES OTHER PEOPLE AROUND YOU FEEL LIKE LAUGHING AND PARTICIPATING.

A GODDESS ENTERS A ROOM AND EVERYONE SOMEHOW IS AWARE THAT THE ENERGIES HAVE SHIFTED AND THAT ROOM IS NOW ENRICHED SUBTLY. THE GODDESS IS NOT SELF CONSCIOUS WHY SHOULD SHE BE AND SHE IS THERE TO GIVE HERSELF THE SUPPORT SHE NEEDS EVEN IN THE FACE OF ADVERSITY THERE IS AN INNER SPARK THAT GUIDES HER DECISIONS AND MAKES HER PERSEVERE. SHE RECOGNIZED HERSELF AS A MYTHICAL, POSITIVE, MAGICAL BEING AND SHE CAN INSPIRE LOVE OR ANGER EQUALLY BECAUSE SHE IS A POWER ONTO HERSELF.

A GODDESS IS ALSO A NURTURER. SHE IS GENUINELY CONCERNED FOR THE WELL BEING OF A SISTER GODDESS. THERE IS NO NEED FOR HER TO FEEL THREATENED BY OTHER FEMALE ENERGY. THERE IS NO NEED FOR HER TO SHAME OR HUMILIATE AND OR DEGRADE ANOTHER WOMAN BUT SHE WILL DEFEND HERSELF AND SET HER BOUNDARIES IF SHE SCORNED AND SHE WILL CLARIFY THESE BOUNDARIES REPEATEDLY UNTIL HER VOICE IS HEARD.

A GODDESS HAS A QUIET ENERGY AND SHE IS A SENSUAL BEING NOT A SEXUAL BEING OVERTAKEN BY LUST OR BODILY NEED. A GODDESS PICKS AND CHOOSES HER PARTNERS BASED ON THEIR ABILITIES TO “SEE” HER TO SEE THE DIVINE LIGHT IN HER EYES. SHE CAN RETAIN SEXUAL ENERGY BY CONSERVING HER CHI AND INSTEAD OF AGING AND DEGENERATING SHE LEARNS THE SECRETS OF YOUTHFUL HEALTH BECAUSE OF THE KIND WAY SHE TREATS HER BODY AND RESPECTS HER OWN BOUNDARIES.

A GODDESS NEVER AGES IN THE TRADITIONAL SENSE OF THE WORD. A GODDESS GROWS MORE YOUTHFUL BECAUSE SHE IS ALWAYS IN AWE OF THE FRESH PROSPECT OF MEETING NEW CHALLENGES AND HONORING ALL PHASES OF HER SACRED LIFE CYCLE FROM MAIDEN TO CRONE. SHE IS A SHAMAN. SHE CHALLENGES YOU TO GROW AND THINK FOR YOURSELF. SHE SEES THE SACRED SEED IN ALL BEINGS AND COMPELS YOU TO CONSTANTLY CHALLENGE YOURSELF AS SHE GUIDES YOU IN HER GENTLE SPEECH AND MANNERS. SHE IS SOMEONE WHO WILL NOT BLAME CIRCUMSTANCES FOR HER POSITION IN LIFE RATHER SHE WILL SEEK SOLUTIONS AND ACCEPT HER ROLE IN ALL FACTORS THAT GUIDE HER INNER GROWTH. SHE CAN CRY IN A PUBLIC PLACES AND SEEK HELP WHEN SHE NEEDS ASSISTANCE OR SHE CAN STEP ASIDE FROM THE CROWD AND MOTIVATE HERSELF WITHOUT ANYONE’S HELP. SHE IS A SELF MADE GODDESS AND HER ACTIONS ARE BASED ON SELF LOVE NOT CROWD PLEASING.

IF YOU CAN’T BE YOURSELF IN FRONT OF YOUR CLOSEST FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS YOU ARE NOT ALLOWING THEM TO SEE THE REAL ASPECT OF GODDESS IN YOU. YOU ARE WEAKNESS, COMPASSION, SILENCE, MOTIVATION, ACTIVATION, HEALER, CONQUEROR, MOTHER AND FATHER TO ALL WHO MEET YOU EITHER BY ACCIDENT OR THROUGH YOUR WRITINGS OR YOUR VOICE. NEVER BE AFRAID TO BE YOURSELF OR SET YOUR BOUNDARIES. NEVER BE AFRAID TO SHOW YOUR TIMIDITY OR TO CLARIFY A MISUNDERSTANDING.

A GODDESS DOES NOT RELY SOLELY ON HER PHYSICAL BEAUTY TO GET WHAT SHE WANTS AND NEEDS. SHE USES HER INTELLECT, HER CURIOSITY AND HER INNATE SENSE OF JUSTICE TO MAKE POWERFUL CHANGES THAT INFLUENCE THOSE AROUND HER. SHE IS NOT AFRAID TO ADMIT SHE HAS MADE MISTAKES. SHE IS NOT AFRAID TO SPEAK OUT WHEN EVERYONE ELSE THINKS SHE IS WRONG. THERE IS A DIVINE SEED OF HOPE WITHIN HER THAT CONSOLES HER INNER CHILD. SHE DOES NOT HAVE TO PARTAKE IN THE SEXUAL ARENA TO BE A SEXUAL BEING. SHE CAN BE SENSUAL AND BE CELIBATE WITH A QUIET POWER THAT INSTILLS RESPECT.

SHE DOES NOT FOLLOW THE CROWD OR THE FADS OF THE DAY. SHE CREATES HER OWN UNIQUE LOOK ON HER OWN VISION OF WHAT IS BEAUTIFUL. A GODDESS CAN WAKE UP ON ANY GIVEN DAY OF THE MONTH AND CREATE SACRED CEREMONY FOR HERSELF EVEN IF SHE DOES NOT HAVE A LIFE PARTNER SHE CAN HONOR HER SPACE AND DO THOSE SPECIAL THINGS THAT REINFORCE SHE IS A SPIRITUAL AND CREATIVE DAUGHTER OF SOURCE AND ALL THINGS ARE MAGICAL WITH OR WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF A MAN.

She has powerful sexual aura that does not originate from her physical attributes rather she is comfortable in her own skin and she is proud of every aspect of her body even her flaws are not flaws the flaws make up the composite of her unique charm. When she moves in a room you can tell that she loves her body it’s in the sway of her hip the self confidence she carries with her as she plays with her hair flirtatiously. that’s not dependent on physical looks.

People in the room gravitate towards her for advice because they know she will not judge them they feel so safe with her because they know she will not abuse or betray their confidences as fuel for gossip and betrayal. They know and admire her outside and inner strength and she will teach another fellow goddess to generate her own self worth and put her on the right path of healing so that other goddess can shine and share her gifts with others just as skillfully.

Make no mistake a Goddess is Shaman, she is sacred mother to herself and those around her who trust her. She is a mother to everyone especially the motherless. She is not one to run away from commitments rather she seeks these challenges and volunteers her energy and time because it gives her a sense of joy and groundedness to heal others in need.

A goddess is a ravishing, tempting being no one can resist and rather than instilling envy or jealous people admire her and want to be near her sexual energy because they perceive it as pure love. A goddess can choose her partners and not feel as if she is losing her being by partaking in the sacred sexual act but rather that she is flowing with the divine order of Universe and creating a circle of manifestation and love. A goddess can also differential lust and bodily needs from love and if she prefers to walk the path of solitary goddess she can go months or years without sexual intercourse because she is taking some steps inward and healing her trauma or celebrating her inner passion without a significant other. She does not need a man to define her as being a Goddess she simply knows she is a Goddess.

A goddess will always endeavor to seek out the truth not half truths, not conjecture or heresay or gossip. She will want to listen to both sides of every matter because she is not narrow minded or judgmental rather she has an open ear and an open heart. She is one who easily forgives even if she refuses to forget an injustice. Her goal in this lifetime is illumine and bring light to the darkness that is within herself and found in daily interactions with others. This Goddess is pure love make no mistake but do not confuse her pure love for weakness. Her love is what guides her and her love is her food or her strength. She herself is the captain of her own destiny and if she is wronged she will share her story with you to prevent other women or men from being betrayed or wronged. She does not tolerate or put up with abuse. If she is violated she takes responsible action for herself and others that come after her so no one else will suffer the violation or injustice. She seeks to right wrongs not for vanity, self glorification or ego but because she is a leader and a healer and she is compelled to correct laws that are not just and she is driven by this passion to heal others on this planet.

And this is why I do the healing work I do. I am not saying I never make mistakes. I make plenty of mistakes because I blindly trust people who are in authority but I only give out my trust once. If I feel I can not personally be of healing service to a potential student I graciously let that person go and instead make myself available to someone else I think is a better energy match for me. I heal as I am healing I heal all my inner child vulnerabilities, self doubts and wounds. I respect my boundaries and my weaknesses and I let go of my pain by going deep inside and exploring the painful memories I have all memories are stirred up deep within me as I engage in someone’s energies as we are all mirror reflections and aspects of one another.

For me Theda Bara represents everything a Goddess should be ~> creative, vital, sexual, forceful, willful, magical, empowering and skilled at her craft. She is unafraid to herself or create an image of Beauty or Goddess for the audience. She wanted a career in film and she planned her life accordingly so her talents and gifts would be fully appreciated. As goddesses we all have abilities and powerful intuitions. We need to learn not to admit defeat too early based on our early childhood impressions of what it means to be feminine. You don’t have to be self deprecating or subservient and docile to be a woman. You don’t have to wear shoes that make you feel uncomfortable to be recognized as a femme fatale. You don’t have to have long, flowing hair or any hair for that matter you can be completely bald. You don’t have to speak softly or loudly just be yourself and appreciate your gifts. We dwell in the shadows sometimes and at others we refuse the spotlight and allow other Goddesses to be our mouthpiece. You have your Sacred Journey on this plane to create heaven or hell you just have to pick and choose your battles and plan out the life you wish to manifest Every Goddess deserves to shine and be unafraid of challenge or condemnation. When you feel that complete inner beauty and light the world is more illuminated by your beacon
