Chicago Tantra Summer of 2020

Well hello and I hope everyone here is having a beautiful evening! It’s been a series of strange events in our city starting with our enforcement of Stay put Stay at Home orders. Most of us actually stayed active and useful during these times; especially if you are a professional driver, grocery store clerk, nurse and private restaurant owner fulfilling take out orders.

I spent this time blogging to keep my mind hopeful and active and I did work with a handful of old clients from my past, repeat clientele whom I consider “family” and a few very loving, open and sensitive new guests who trusted me implicitly.

I must say I truly miss going to the movies because cinema is a form of deep relaxation for me not just a source of entertainment. I truly miss meeting all the new business people and tourists who visited our city each month to participate in Medical conventions, IT conventions, furniture shows and other important events that took place weekly in Chicago.

I miss receiving calls from visitors from all over the world who know exactly what tantra is and entrusted me with their sacred energy for hours at a time. I miss bringing my essential oils to their private hotel rooms then afterwards relaxing at the Hotel Intercontinental to enjoy a cheeseboard and charcuterie board after a long day of working with tourists and business professionals.

I miss the vibrancy of our city during the summer season and the block party festivals such as an annual art festival that takes place on wells street. I miss getting henna at the art booths and browsing for art, jewelry or crystals.

I also miss Chicago’s farmers markets and purchasing fresh flowers, baked goods and fresh fruit from local organic farmers each weekend.

I miss going to Lincoln Square and enjoying the weekend farmer’s markets where I could purchase Italian flatbread or wild blueberries. After the farmer’s market I’d take a seat outside at Cafe Selmarie and order an iced chai and a slice of pastry or European torte while people watching. After people watching and enjoying the fresh air I’d go to the Music box theater to enjoy a Midnight movie like The Shining or a unique art house independent horror film.

I’m sure no one here in Chicago, Illinois anticipated this long, overdrawn extended stay at home order. At first we were advised that beauty salons, nail salons, restaurants and movie theaters would probably reopen sometime in April. April of course came to an end and here we are now still living in a city that’s practically shut down completely especially after a looting took place two weeks ago that destroyed many private, small mom and pop businesses and larger chains such as Macy’s and a few Walgreens locations.

I’m deeply disappointed with how our political figures decided to handle the quarantine in black and white regulations rather than shades of grey.

I had so many creative ideas how we could have allowed most of our businesses to flourish during our quarantine by simply having these stores and nail salons accept advanced deposits for services rendered and advanced reservations. If you knew you could have a special dining experience in advance with proper sterilization of your table before you even arrived I’m sure you would have been delighted to comply knowing your favorite waitstaff would successfully remain gainfully employed.

Everything in Chicago could have continued to flourish and remain open with advanced planning especially movie theaters. For instance let’s say you wish to see a movie tomorrow and you have the opportunity to look at the seating online. Certain seats would be crossed off to prevent overcrowding of the theater so now it’s only half full; but at least the theaters are still open!

I’m not a politician nor am I a business person. But I do have enough common sense to know that isolating everyone from one another and doing a hard close with certain businesses is too extreme and completely unnecessary.

These are my opinions and I had to share them here because I’m truly disappointed to see so many of our most favorite businesses have closed their doors permanently and we still aren’t allowed to enjoy the arts; yet it’s already mid June!

We can’t live our life in a self contained, overly sanitized bubble. These bubbles are only an illusion of safety and do not build our immunity.

Let’s just say I’m here for you with welcoming arms! Since 2012 I hadn’t raised most of the rates on my website http://www.tantrabutterfly.com because I want my services to be affordable to most people. I just recently raised some of my rates in order to keep up with the current price of tantra services from my competitors here in Chicago; but I’m always willing and open to meeting people in the middle with their goals and budgets because I absolutely love what I do and I believe in the healing aspects of sensual massage and alternative medicine.

I’m praying our city will open fully soon! We only get four blissful months of summer and I’m sure everyone will agree that we miss patio dining, art festivals, music festivals and independent film festivals.

Let’s all visualize this city reopening its doors and invite art, beauty and conventions back into our city before the end of summer. So many people need a sense of community and hopefulness to return soon. There may never be a “perfect ” time to reopen so why are we wasting precious time waiting and watching for a “sign”?

First of all I treat each person uniquely and I do not follow a set recipe. There is some slight wiggle room with some of the prices you see listed here on my website http://www.tantrabutterfly.com.  Once you enter my website you will see a page entitled Ceremonial Donations.  The donation page covers non sensual ceremonies like pure reiki which are priced lower than my tantra ceremonies.  All non sensual sessions are created to address your energetic body and you and I will be fully clothed if you choose to hire me for an hour or 90 minute session of reiki.  When you choose a tantra massage session reiki will be completely complementary to you at no additional charge to you.

If you are experiencing some financial difficulties now but still desire a session we can discuss a slight price adjustment. The only services not available for a discount are my Couples tantra sessions and Goddess Worship ceremonies. If however you are experiencing Abundance right now please do not attempt to exploit my pricing system and pretend to need deep discounts if you truly do not

I believe with all my heart and soul that the strict quarantine we are undergoing now is completely unnecessary and extreme in nature; but I do agree in SOME form of social distancing. I have so many good ideas on how to make it work so no one goes broke but sadly I’m not in charge.

Every person here in this country should have received the test by now FOR FREE….IF you  TEST positive you must quarantine and the government gives you paid work you can do at home safely; but ..if  you test negative for the virus you may participate as normal and go to work and meetings with your colleagues but refrain temporarily from hugging and or shaking hands just bow to eachother or hold hands over heart in Namaste.

Restaurants could accept advanced reservations prepaid for in house dining with spaces between every guest. Every 75 minutes the restaurant tells these diners to leave and a 30 minute deep cleaning of tables and chairs takes place to prepare for the next group of inhouse dining guests.

These measures I propose allows the restaurant to have longer hours for the general public to enjoy and waitstaff that tested negative will then be gainfully and happily employed without disrupting our economy.

These same procedures could be utilized with musical events and plays and half filled night clubs with people who tested negative for the virus. In this way no one has to feel dejected, left out or lonely and isolated. I believe in shades of grey not all or nothing.

Relax and Restore your Body and Mind
Your first tantra massage with me as your guide will include a firm, deep tissue massage and your Scalp, neck, shoulders, back and feet will be kneaded with meticulous care and attention to detail.

Q: What is Tantra?

I will consciously shift your energies into trance where time no longer exists.

Tantra transforms your corporeal body into the spiritual realm. Tantra is a balm for your soul, mind, body. Your physical body much like the Tree of Life is a temple of energy, sacred circles of light known as Chakra bodies.

Great focus and dedication to your Sacred body and Chakra bodies will be placed with my intuition and intentions.

Q: How will Tantra Heal me?

Sensual Sacred touch, Usui Reiki, Guided breathing coaching, anti-aging and anti inflammatory, Releasing of toxicity, production of Endorphines, destress, increases self awareness, increases blood flow and core metabolism.

You see…Tantra is not a Crutch or a Miracle Cure. You need to be prepared to share your goals with me and be reasonable about your expectations of our shared time together. One session may truly be all you need to motivate yourself on your journey towards self discovery but you may also benefit from occasional follow up sessions if you have longterm goals.

When you finally do reach out to me be prepared to give me a brief paragraph of what you are seeking and your real legal name. Introduce yourself to me …don’t hide behind an alias just be forthright about who you are and what you are truly seeking because if i feel i can’t be of help to you i will be honest with you and not waste your time or money. You don’t have to give me your full life story as I am not a psychologist but you can be honest about who you are and what your boundaries are prior to your first session with me.

My goal is to enable you to empower yourself and feel that creative spark come back to your body. I decided to lift the veil and the mystery for many people who have never trusted anyone with an introduction to sacred sexual energy. First of all if you skip out on the essential ingredients that preclude any traditional tantra session you are not going to be able to attain sexual bliss the way it was meant to be tasted–which is in small bites. If you just want an hour of tantra just understand it will be more likened to a sensual rub down rather than a journey protracted in time.
Tantra massage involved discipline, withholding your baser, sexual instincts, connecting to your body and your partner and most importantly suspending and protracting time by using breath properly.
If you are short on time or money 90 minutes is a great opening in tantra sensory exploration but two hours or longer is what most people need just to begin understanding how energy works.
I always suggest newcomers to tantra find a good tantra partner they trust and then to visit someone on a regular basis at least once a month or once every six weeks. You need to also read books, buy videos, attend workshops in Tantra yoga in Chicago, and practice a little bit on your own every day so you can see slow improvements in your overall energy and your intuition.
Every single chakra in your body is awakened and healed during all tantra sessions with me so even if an hour is all you can commit to it’s still progress but longer sessions are recommended for beginning students who need to learn how to breathe and how to give and receive energy exchanges.
If you have time for a half day or a full day of tantra we can spend time in the water for a full hour or longer where I will support your body weight and let you float and drift off. You will achieve weightlessness as I sing and tune your chakras but more importantly you will feel safe, confident and loved. I will assist you with the breath work as I train you to breathe into different chakra bodies just by using stillness , focus and intention. You feel calmer and more present. Some people find this exercise challenging especially if you are always one who plans ahead but if you can let go for a few hours with me your body will be able to release stress and you will feel more refreshed and clear headed.
I read so many articles from adult message boards on the internet and the comments I read are borderline anger to completely false and untrue. Many adult hobbyists are not really seeking tantra because they are too impatient and want a quick fix or cure all. They might tend to have false expectations on What Tantra is because they visited a high class call girl who advertises under a Tantra category. The client will leave pleased or very unhappy and might review her in such glowing terms to suggest how great she is because she “skips to the good stuff first and won’t waste your time with spiritual mumbo jumbo.” But what if the client was short changed and deceived by a woman who had no formal training in tantra yoga in Chicago or certified training in tantra in other major cities? What if the client never gets to experience the nirvana they could have attained had they simply decided to do their homework and connect with a certified tantra educator who actually cared enough to teach proper breathing and pc muscle exercises?
If you can devote a half day or full day with me I promise we will have more than enough time for you to understand the basics of tantra and how to enhance and improve your body’s ability to retain sexual stamina and use it as medicine for your soul and your body’s physical health.
We will have time for questions and answers, bathing and cleansing of your chakras; and I can work with your goals during a mutual exchange of touch, sensory awareness and stillness.
Please do not cheat yourself by skipping out on breath and edge play. I can assure you all your goals will be met during a full two hours of tantra or longer and if you purchase reading material and practice a bit every day you will be amazed at your transformation.

Astral travelling while receiving Sacred Spot Massage during Kundalini Shakti

Maya Derren The relector (meshes)I promised I would write a brief essay on a couple of experiences I had with clients who did actually go into a lucid/dream trance and were able to coherently share bits and pieces after our session so we could both enjoy the story of their “whereabouts” in the astral plane!

The first incident and the most profound took place during a trip I made to visit San Diego, California a few days after my mother died of cancer. At the time I was living in New Orleans and visiting my mother once a month in Chicago while keeping my client base in Chicago. I decided to visit San Diego and walk along the ocean and I attracted one individual who said he’d always wanted a session with me and was following my website for a long time but we were never in the same city during his business travels.

He admitted to me that he practiced yoga and meditation for a long time now and he enjoyed vision quests, transcendental meditation and tantra yoga was now part of his path so he told me he was very comfortable with me exploring his sacred spot and to feel free at the end to do this since he had no boundaries and was excited to try anything.

I had some beautiful music and in the background a man was taking you on a journey to the depths of the earth and you could hear sounds of the cave and dripping water from caverns.

At the end when I was triggering his sacred spot I noticed he actually convulsed steadily and his eyes rolled back till all I could see were the whites of his eyes. He was no longer with me and I did not know how to pull him back in but I figured I would just let him ride and not panic. After his eyes were rolled back for a considerable time he spoke in an Ancient language that sounded like Ancient Hebrew or Aramaic but it was incredibly real and lovely to listen to. Again I refused to panic and I just held the space for him to do what he needed to do.

Finally after he was triggered into full body orgasm he came back to me gradually breathing deeply and I asked him if he remembered speaking in tongues.

He looked blankly at me and said he had no recollection but could I share with him what he was saying. I said I can’t translate ancient hebrew but it was beautiful like a reverent chant and I really was not sure of the language origin but it was pretty so i was not scared.

He did say he had visions during his awakening and he said it involved two different goddesses. The first Goddess that encountered him danced around him in circles and she had a gold body and long, blood red hair. She danced and left. The second Goddess was the white goddess and she had long, silver hair and as she danced around him he realized she was going to become famous and author many books on tantra yoga.

I did not know what to say but I thanked him for sharing his story with me. I do know one thing with regards to tantra yoga. If a student comes to you with a pre knowledge of proper breath and the yoga postures then he or she will have a more profound experience rather than just telling you they felt some “heat”. He obviously trusted me enough to go into the astral plane and just zone out there for a while so I was very grateful to be a witness to his journey!

My second experience with astral travels occurred years later in the city of Chicago. I met a really nice, slightly out of shape man with a huge teddy bear heart. He was just so open and caring and when he arrived at my apartment he hugged me and he kept saying repeatedly that he felt like he has known me forever.

He also gave me permission to work with his prostrate and again I noticed he got very quiet at me towards the last half hour of our session. We were still together and I could still feel his energy near me but somehow his breathing became much heavier sounding and when it was again time for his full body awakening his entire body became electrical like a wire overflowing with energies. I did bring him back to reality and I encouraged him to speak about his journey.

He told me he saw the two of us in a very dark room, dimly lit only by the light of candles. He was wearing a heavy ceremonial crown upon his head and he felt the vibe was joyful and festive rather than being sombre. He knew for a fact we were together enjoying a joyous occasion in Ancient Egypt. I was so excited to hear this and I wanted to know what I looked like because when I participated in a DNA activation ceremony in Boulder, Colorado I heard a song of the Goddess Isis during my activation ceremony so I knew I was of her DNA lineage and she had importance to me.

He said it was too dark for him to see my face clearly but he knew it was me from my energy and my vibration. Well you can’t believe how excited I was to share this experience with a new client whom I had never met before! I felt deeply grateful that he was able to remember such detail as he traveled back into one of his past lives with me.

If anyone needs to know why I am so passionate about assisting people with the Sacred Sensual energies I think it is the unknown and all the wonderful unexpected surprises you can find and feelings of deja vu when you meet new clients who seem familiar to you on your path.

It takes a strong sense of self to put yourself in such a vulnerable and open position and if you can let yourself zone out and can fully trust your body takes you places and your spirit tunes into Universal flow so easily and so readily. Being receptive to these sexual energies is a gift and involved maturity, trust, joy and complete openness. One thing both of these men had in common was inner joy and a blind belief in the miracles of energetic healing. Both men trusted me with their sacred energy implicitly without holding anything back and without any cynicism.
