Regarding mask use I pulled the following information directly off Google:

You see I only mask up indoors when I AM ABSOLUTELY FORCED TO while doing grocery shopping for myself and the pets.

I mask up while going to a mall and if I’m sitting too close to someone riding the train or bus.

I do not use a face mask outdoors because I want the wind and sun in my face and wish to soak up every vital bit of Vitamin D.

Honestly last year in December I may already have been exposed to a nasty form of Covid because I received a soothing massage from a yoga studio in the Gold Coast of Chicago.

The studio forced my therapist to perform a massage on me while she was still recuperating from a really bad cough. She was literally coughing over my back during our entire session.

I noticed I had a horrible sore throat and it really ached for me to swallow. I then did my usual routine πŸ˜’ which might help any of you who notice you’re coming down with something nasty.

I’d fill a huge mug with distilled water, 🍯 a tbsp of honey, pinch of cayenne pepper, hint of ginger, an entire πŸ‹ lemon, and apple cider vinegar with the Mother still floating within the bottle of ACV.

Well it kind of tasted like a spicy, hot apple 🍎 cider drink and wasn’t all that unpalatable.

I wasn’t able to breathe, smell or even taste foods or drinks properly for four days so I assumed I caught a bad sinus infection. I had a really hard time breathing properly at night so I watched movies and kept eating citrus fruits and my acv concoction.

Each time I went out anywhere I’d order hot soups, freshly squeezed shots of ginger, hot teas and a full carafe of water πŸ’§ with limes and lemons πŸ‹. I even ate raw lemons whole with the rinds on and snacked on 🍊 oranges.

Finally after one full week I wasn’t as miserable. I got plenty of sleep–12 hours or more when I could finally rest and the ACV drinks were prepared morning and night as part of my ritual.

I avoided doctors and avoided antibiotics. The rest was invaluable and sipping on fluids 24/7 brought my lungs relief.

I’m not sure if I had covid or not; but it really knocked me out and I conquered whatever it was by drastically increasing my intake of vitamin C and drinking real ginger juice.

I hope everyone here enjoys their Saturday and try and do something self pampering; whether you choose to get extra sleep or prepare a bath or hair mask for yourself.

Regarding how I handle my tantra ceremonies I can tell you I’ve been exercising caution ⚠️ and working on a limited amount of clients per week.

Most of my clients who have large families have stopped using my services because they feel they must and I completely understand their viewpoint and respect it. I can’t force people into trusting me. All I can say is I myself am extremely healthy and I haven’t taken antibiotics for twelve years because instead of traditional Western medicine I like natural homeopathic remedies if I’m genuinely sick and I choose to sleep it off and drink hot fluids.

I don’t attend parties or visit public bars and sadly I haven’t been to a movie theater since March of 2020 when they enforced a shut down of theaters and indoor restaurants.
