I should not have to write this post because it should be common knowledge between all business people that a formal introduction is expected the first time you email, text or call a fellow professional.

The majority of New potential clients lately are texting me questions without letting me know who they are. I’m always going to ask who someone is if they aren’t already in my contacts list.
