The time is ripe for Travel and yes I am here again in (Boston) ❤♡

Have you grown up, lived, found work, made good friends and REMAINED in the SAME city all your life? Have you never desired to explore another country or had wanderlust? Besides taking a short vacation outside of your city have you ever wondered why you are stuck feeling the same and accomplishing the same goals?
What does security mean to you? Do you place financial stability, workplace stability above romance or exploration? Some people are dedicated to their work. They feel strong passion about being seen in a certain light. They maintain a high profile job and they keep their appearances up but eventually their shine is gone. Eventually they find that after a series of broken plans with their beloveds there isn’t anyone around them anymore that they can truly count on because they did not participate in life like they should have.
It’s hard to find balance. Balance to me never existed. I have grown up mostly in the city of Chicago and its nearby surrounding suburbs but something that was a “constant” in my life was the need for change and travel.
I started traveling by myself at the age of 17. I will never forget it and neither will my ex drama teacher! I was new to the drama club but I was all about fitting in until I realized that I was going to be shunning and treated “differently” by all the other drama club students when we all went on a trip to New York city to enjoy the sights and Broadway shows as part of a fun getaway.
I attended Niles North High School and somehow I just never really “fit in”. While other kids were diving into sports or the chess or swim team my only real goal and desire was to walk or take the bus over to the Oakton Street Public Library and kill my time reading metaphysical studies. I had more fun being by myself and reading up on history or the paranormal than I had interacting with teens in my own age group. I guess because I was an only child I just found it more natural to spend most of my spare time with my mother and her adult friends. They certainly were much more interesting and I valued my mother’s friends guidance and life stories far more than I enjoyed being harassed or ignored by my peers.
During the New York city field trip we went to the United Nations and I ended up meeting a wonderful young woman who may have been five years older than me and she asked me questions about my time in New York. There was not much for me to tell her other than I was brand new to the drama club and sadly the group found it unfair that I was somewhat of an intruder since I decided to accept the teacher’s invitation to travel to New York city. I suppose they kids were angry with me because they felt a trip to New York should be “earned” by hard work and I was a newcomer and had not won any major roles in any of the drama club’s school plays. The lady really sympathized with me when I told her I loved New York but I felt like an outcast and I was being teased and alienated from the group. She and I came up with an idea. She said she had a roommate in Brooklyn who was Persian. She said if I was curious she’d make sure I got my flight on time the next day and if I did not mind her roommate Habibe she would love to share a good time with me on my last full day and night in New York just so I could finally enjoy the city.
She and I had some similarities so I grabbed her by the arm and found my drama teacher from the crowd. I gave him a glowing smile and he seemed genuinely pleased and relieved that I had a friend with me. I told him “Juliette” my cousin from Brazil works at the United Nations and I had no clue that I’d bump into her today. I asked if there was any way I could spend my remaining time with my “cousin”. It worked. I was pretty convincing and to be honest my drama teacher kind of figured I was getting worn down from the harassment of being an outcast in a sea of hostile students that really did not want me there. He gave me an affirmative yes and hugged me.
During that instance I started following my heart more. I learned it’s always better to lead from your heart than your head. I fully trusted this complete stranger and she showed me the sights of New York and Brooklyn and most of all introduced me to New York style pizza. I felt so at home with her and when I met her roommate she had a hard time separating the two of us so Habibe and I spent all night talking and I swore I was “falling in love”. Early in the morning Habibe took me with him to grab some breakfast sandwiches at one of his favorite delis in New York and I swear to you everything was so magical and I was sad to leave him so we hugged each other goodbye and I barely missed the drama group. I returned late and found out the kids in my room had packed my luggage for me. I decided to tell the group the truth a few days later when were all safe and sound in Skokie, Illinois. Of course they were outraged probably not at Me but I think they were genuinely upset not with me but with themselves that they never left the group and never left their pack mentality.

When I get homesick for another city there is a reason why. Deep down inside I think we have a yearning to grow and expand. We have to challenge ourselves as humans. I have never regretted a trip nor have regretted failed relationships or experiences in a strange city. I could trace back in time and correct all those mistakes but I would not be the same person today.
I want to ultimately be free. I want to share and expand and nurture and cuddle. I want to excell at what I do but not compromise my need to explore and grow. I am here now in Boston. Do I regret it? Well a part of me is kind of worried and concerned because this has been the very most difficult city for apartment seeking and there are very high standards here with regard to credit score and what you do for a living.
I guess I could kick myself for not having a firm game plan before I even got here but that would have taken some of the fun and thrill out of learning to adapt to my new environment. I have been diligently seeking an apartment since I got here but also setting up sacred space and walking my beautiful dog everywhere from Cambridge to the North End and Beacon Hill. I try not to be “robotic” but even I sometimes fall into the pattern of “routine”. I still miss Chicago greatly because to me Chicago is very “livable”. Chicago is the most walker friendly city in the country along with New York city so yes since I don’t drive a car I have had to take a few taxis here because sometimes I get lost here and get off at the wrong train stop. I think Chicago has a lot to offer but I also have some very sad memories of people I loved that died too early and some of my more favorite clients moving out of the city for other job opportunities. I think I chose Boston because of the sunlight, the opportunities for growth and the diverse group of Europeans cultures that all share the state of Massachusetts. No matter where I walk I see super achievers. I see students walking at a very clipped pace making noises with their heeled shoes urgently trying to get someplace in time. Everyone here seems to have a “purpose” or inner compass or direction. I love the ambition I see. I love the determination and the free style flow that everyone seems to bring to this city. I just wonder to myself are they completely satisfied. Do they hold a key to happiness in their seeming self knowledge or are they burying their emotions and sticking to a “game plan”.
I am here in Boston (for now). I decided that I will be open to the feedback and opinions of others. I will use my voice to the best of my ability so people understand me without being combative. I am open to seeing their city from “their eyes” and maybe I might learn something new or maybe I will uncover pieces of me and reexamine what things I can’t live without and whether or not I can establish a stable tantra yoga practice here and still respect myself and instill trust and not fear.
My best advice to anyone is travel. Go away the work will still be there; your true friends and clients will still be avidly awaiting your return. Go travel, conquer and grow!valentino on a blue chair

Charging up your chakras with Tantra ❀

sexy valentino on couchThe primary focus of Tantra yoga should be enjoyment and pure energetic healing! Do not worry if you are a novice or if you have not felt sexual energy in ages. The goal should be healing, bodily awakenings, awareness of your own energy and the opening up of your entire Chakra bodies.
At the beginning of most tantra ceremonies you can either begin staring into the eyes of your partner or offering your special guest a healing and deep tissue massage to simply relax the body and establish a state of mutual trust and bonding.

I use an everything but the kitchen sink approach to my tantra healings because the chakras respond to smell, breath, touch, crystals, sound and pulsation exercises.

At the bottom of our tailbone is our Kundalini shakti our seat of bliss so we want to breathe awareness into our tail bone area and constantly apply gentle and rhythmical pressure so that we are consciously activating our kundalini shakti. Once we gently awaken our kundalini we want to guide the energy upwards by a constant flow of slow breath and visualization. It’s wise to be very gentle and patient during any beginner’s tantra session and if your partner is exhausted or sensing panic talk through the pain or the exhaustion. We have bodily “memories” that we have stored over a number of years so as we evolve and experience blissful states or pleasure we are also aware of any “blockages” we might have ignored just to “survive”.

The act of breathing or rebirth breath allows you to introduce oxygen back to all your cells and you begin to use your diaphragm muscles properly and with intention so the breath might not seem easy or natural to you at first but once you practice by yourself every day you begin to experience gentle activation of your kundalina shakti in your sleep. The vibrations are very pleasant and you might here a soft buzzing sound and warmth traveling from your tail bone and all the way up slowly towards your neck. You will actually feel this warmth and electricity in each of your vertebrae if you are practicing the breath and kegel exercises in increments. Be aware of your body and how you feel as if you are astral projecting but you still feel “safe”.

If after your first tantra session you are confused never be afraid to research more information by reading books or seeking the help of a trained tantra yoga educator or professional. If you felt embarrassed or ashamed let your teacher or therapist or lover know what you are going through so you can process the experience and understand yourself more.

Tantra involves opening up your entire body to the experience of bliss. We are not necessarily going after an end result of orgasm rather we are teaching you how to be more grateful and more open so you can feel pleasure more profoundly and use your sexual energies to heal and open up all the chakra systems in your body.

I love using music, singing, crystals, laughter, shamanism and breath during my sessions but there are many unique paths to bliss just as long as you are patient with yourself and open about your goals. Expectation can get in the way of your own bliss. Have a goal set into place but be truly willing to let of of your angst if you do not see that goal come to its fruition immediately. Sometimes we might have lofty goals but our bodies might not be physically evolved or capable enough to receive intense energy if we have not explored certain aspects of our sacred sexuality.

Be patient with yourself. Be patient, open and loving with your partner and teacher and you will find that the opening up of kundalini shakti will be an exploration of your emotional and physical development so you can attain the level of freedom and bliss you deserve.

I love using “toys” crytals during my Chakra balancing sessions!

Chakra balancing is very similar to a good healthy work out for your body. Chakra balancing can be achieved with your own innate ability to feel and perceive your blocks or aches and pains in your body. If you understand that a chakra is a place to receive and send energy then each major chakra body we have correlates to a major organ or function in our physical body.

Simply put if you were a constant sufferer of headaches, migraines or stubborn sinus infections you would sense not only discomfort but a block in your 6th and 7th chakras which combined together involve your connection to your own inner ability to perceive what we consider Source and or your ability to intuit and use your gut intuition before making important decisions.

We can focus on colors that correlate to each of our major chakra bodies and we can use powerful visualizations, repeat affirmations, wear certain fragrances, wear special colors and use crystals to help balance our chakras.

When you feel out of sorts your chakra bodies become muddled so if you cleanse your chakras through the use of crystals, sage or salt baths you can slowly achieve and restore a sense of power, balance and positive well being. Reiki is an instant body balancing way to shift your energies and help your chakra bodies to communicate and realign themselves with each other. I love to use hot stones, crystals and organic aromatherapy essences to refresh the entire chakra bodies.

We are not seeking a “quick” fix in fact your thoughts play a huge factor on your ability to stay balanced and vibrating. Even if you undergo an extensive chakra balancing session but you repeat negative behaviors or continue to create negative thought forms you can get in the way of restoring your own healing.

Crystals especially pure amethyst, clear quartz, rose quartz and selenite create a powerful field of positive energies in your Chakra bodies. The simple act of laying still with a stone or crystal over your heart or stomach can restore a sense of calm and help you get rid of the “jitters”. Practice a bit yourself. Find a special selection of stones and crystals that you are naturally attracted to. You might find a certain color you gravitate towards or a special “feel”. Play with the stones and see how they make you feel. Do they give you more energy or less energy? In order to create we have to realize that our bodies are delicate and a lack of rest and play time leads to disease and numbness to life.

The term butterflies in one’s belly comes to mind when we think of our tummy folding into knots. The bathing ceremony is likened to returning to our time in the womb. My goal will be to create a sanctuary for you — a place where you can go deeper into repair and back into your cocoon. It is very similar to a rebirthing ceremony and I will hold your chakras in hold you in stillness in the water with me as I cleanse and bathe your chakras stimulating you with sound, salt and aromatherapy oils.

The second stage of healing will be the tantra chakra massage where again special deep tissue and trigger points will be released as your energy is allowed to flow. Sensual energy helps heal you. The sensual energies that are trapped in your second chakra will be explored, honored, released and healed and used as powerful medicine to open up all your other chakra bodies. You will feel intense vibrations or tingling as we have our tantra ceremony.

I love to use crystals, special chakra oils, sound, flute music and bathing rituals to enhance our sacred tantra ceremony. I hope to see you here here in New York ready for play, laughter, rebirth and genuine passion.

New York city has always been one of my favorite places to wander. Opening up your heart wider to open up opportunities ♡

Sometimes opportunities are seconds away and we don’t even know it. You can find yourself in a long long line at the airport and accidentally meet up with important people that forever change your view point and if it had not been for those series of incidents that lead up to all those delays you might not have heard or received that important message.

Next time you find yourself with flight delays or missed schedules just be thankful and open your heart up even wider. If I find myself slumping too much I catch and correct my posture because by caving in my rib cage too much I am somehow without meaning to sending a signal to my heart to protect itself. I know it seems odd but sitting up straight instead of slumping is sending a very strong message out there to the Universe that you are available and free! If you send out a message that says your heart is cloaked and hidden you find lost chances, lost opportunities or cancelled chances.

If you still can’t fathom the idea of opening your heart go on a hunt and seek mission. Every so often I love to collect odd colored stones or stones that are unusually dark and shaped as massage tools. I find these stones on my walks and then cleanse them, bless them under moonlight and sun and they heat them and use them on my chakras. I align each stone with one of my chakras tuning into my body and placing the stones where they feel comfortable. The bastalt stones are good at trapping in heat for longer periods of time so try and find those that are black so the heated affect will last indefinitely. Get into this practice and force open your heart center with heat and pair it with heart opening music –music you feel harmonious with.

Also remember for every delay you receive your body is resonating to a certain pitch and you will attract situations that resonate with your sound. Do you feel elated? You will attract pure joyousness! Do you feel anxious or worried that you will not receive what you deserve? If you have a tendency to worry ask yourself are you happy with the work you do? If you are extremely passionate about your job ask yourself a different question. Are you bored living in the same city? Are you tired having the same daily ritual? Maybe switch it up a bit…wear your hair differently. Try a new way of dressing. Visit different food shops or join a club you really did not even know existed. As you change your environment your brain and heart is triggered and forced to open up to these new choices and new set of circumstances.

Learning when to cancel a session GRACEFULLY ❤

Blue Dog MishkaWell I really hate to cancel sessions especially if someone is new and they have not had a tantra healing in a very long time. I hate to say no and sometimes I realize all too late I am not a Super Power and my body has its limitations.
I accidentally missed a session because out of no where my monthly cycle hit me while in my sleep. I am one of those lucky few who have no signs or symptoms other than a voracious sweet tooth so since I never cramp or feel any discomfort I really can not plan on my cycle.
I went to bed pretty early with my phone right next to my pillow and slept through it ringing from 3 a.m. all the way up until noon. It was a fitful sleep and probably just what my body needed but I wish I had stayed awake long enough to cancel my upcoming session knowing my cycle had hit. I was abnormally tired and sleepy this weekend and I accidentally missed the chance to work because a new person wanted to see me but I never heard my phone ring!

I guess this taught me that I need to listen to my body’s cues better and the first indication of my moon cycle I need to postpone work because sometimes one’s body has plans of its own. I read somewhere that if you don’t plan enough private healing time your body will take a time out on its own and prevent you from moving forward. This was an example of one of those times where I had no control and was so sleepy I could not hear the phone on extra loud even though it was right near my ear.

I see some play time is needed and as a healer it is really hard to say no and not want to work especially when my work brings me so much personal joy and satisfaction. I guess I learned I have limits!

Have you ever wanted to try something new but you told yourself NO? Have you been delaying your first Tantra journey because you feel out of sorts or out of shape or you have been running yourself ragged and are so exhausted the thought of doing something relaxing never even occurred to you?
Well I am guilty of those sins myself. I remember not wanting to hire any of my Reiki Usui masters for a healing simply because I felt like isolating myself. I was tired, cranky, depressed and just negative. I finally called one of my favorite healers and when he spent quality time with me to help open up my blocked chakras I told him the truth about not wanting to be TOUCHED by anyone because I felt so depressed and fatigued. He paused and giggled a bit and said “WELL that’s what I am here for!!! That is the time when you should be calling me–when you are NOT feeling well!”

Yeah shame on me. Sometimes I get caught up on healing others and my true delight is to work with a few people who have a deep desire to heal. I feel good about myself when I can put someone back into “the game” but for some reason I seem to ignore my own body’s needs.
Well this is a time for healing and July 4th tends to be a very joyous occasion for many but not necessarily a fun time for people who need to retreat or fade away because of all the fireworks and fan fare. How can you just hide away from the world when Kaboom noises are everywhere and almost every event you wish to attend is filled with lively people screaming and in long lines?

Save a little time for yourself if you have to. Designate just a bit of “me” time into the mix and I think you will be okay. If you are always in the company of others and you don’t have enough time to do just “be” you are going to be resentful so store away some of your energy and DO NOTHING or get a relaxing massage or spend some time in nature.

I am a Purist when it comes to Tantra Yoga Massage and YOU should be too ❀✿

Dear Audience I posted a brief essay about not mixing and matching too many other services when it comes to exploring tantra massage with your clients. These are my opinions and it does not mean I am RIGHT but this is what is right for me so I feel good about myself at the end of the day. I turned down quite a few people today because I never felt any kind of personal energy connection with anyone who called me all day long. I certainly do not like to turn away work but if I feel someone is misconstruing the work I do for BDSM or fetish play I really do not want to offer any sort of bait and switch. There are many people in my field who do not mind using the new term Dark Tantra. They might have a true excitement mixing elements of role play or BDSM during their sessions because they personally enjoy a bit of domination or kink or role play in their own sexual encounters. I can’t really stretch myself too thin these days. I focus on what I know best which is reiki, aromatherapy, whole leaf sage burning rituals and therapeutic touch. I only know what I love best and I would prefer to share myself authentically while creating sacred space. I don’t know if I can handle people anymore who expect me to “entertain” or tittilate them for an hour or so without all the true essences of real energy work. Here is what I wrote just a bit ago. I value everyone’s work and I am sure for as long as a healer or sex worker is sharing themselves it works for the higher good of others.

Tantra is not BDSM. Clearly people are misconstruing what the term Goddess means. I like to advertise on adult websites because at times I will attract the most heart conscious male. There are many people out there however who are incorporating role playing and light domination into their tantra practice and using the term DARK TANTRA to entice men into their tantra practice.
I am not one of those tantra practitioners that wishes to learn role play nor do I have any interest in commanding anyone into any sort of dark fetish play. I do not mind a bit of fantasy for as long as we are not in a traditional tantra setting but that would be a fantasy session and not a tantra healing. You either wish to take your practice seriously or you are going to confuse people into thinking there is a sub category of tantra yoga. There is no such thing as Dark tantra. You either decide you wish to try a true authentic tantra healing for your own healing purposes or you decide to hire a BDSM professional to explore your need for fetish and role play. I do not mind light spanking and tickling during a sensual massage experience but since my main focus these days is the exploration of the chakra bodies and incorporation of sexual energy to heal your body I have no true desire to spread myself too thin and please everyone.
I know there are some tantra goddesses who offer Dark tantra and they charge a bit more money for these sessions and use bondage as part of the fantasy twist but it should not be offered as Dark tantra in fact kindly leave out the word Tantra here because tantra is the weaving of sacred energy. True tantra does not involve “toys” or pain or fetish. True tantra is the purest form of white kundalini yoga and a true tantra yogi will teach you how to retain and recycle your sexual energy so that you can re use it for creative purposes. Kundalini yoga massage involves the practice of engaging your 6 senses and using your entire body as a sensual playground but for increasing your sexual stamina with your partner and opening up your body’s awareness for pleasure to take place and healing to begin. If you suffer from chronic pain for instance you can use different forms of energy work to alleviate your pain to some extent and you might be highly pleased to know that Tantra yoga massage is a very valid way to heal emotional trauma, PTSD, chemical imbalances and phobias. All our traumas are stored in our body as cellular memories. Cranial Sacral massage, polarity, Usui reiki, lomi lomi massage and tantra yoga massage all have key elements that help you unlock these stored memories and they help you slowly release the trauma safely if you are using these modalities in small doses or increments. If you are unsure about the validity of tantra yoga you might wish to try a 90 minute session for yourself with a teacher you trust or a good friend who already studied tantra yoga. Tantra massage helps relieve stress, body aches, emotional blocks and headaches. Western science and Eastern science combined together with nutritional awareness and exercises all work together. I don’t like to employ bondage or role play during my tantra ceremonies. This is not me. I prefer to work with men and women who seek valid change in their life. I feel that panic attacks can be cured through a good support system and through yoga. Initially new people might be very challenged when they first begin learning tantra because it involves proper breathing techniques and you might not know how to breathe properly and fully into your diaphragm but with practice you can learn how to enjoy your sensual pleasure zones and how to breath properly while you are experiencing heightened peaks of pleasure. The whole purpose of committing to and engaging in a sensual journey of awakening is to get you to a point of complete bliss and empowerment so why would you even want someone to confine you in rope or blindfold you? I am not condemning BDSM I am saying leave BDSM out of your tantra ceremony if that is something you wish to explore but don’t mesh the practice of true energy work with any form of fetish because fetish and role play doesn’t really have anything to do with breathing or chakra healing. They are two completely different arenas of play. One creates fear and tantra massage creates opportunities for real emotional support and growth…

Prior to your first session with me I will require pre verification and a “get to know you” conversation on the phone. If we feel the energies are a good match I would love to be your tantra Guide and healer. The key ingredient is a good connection on the phone. I do not like to be contacted late at night at the very last minute. I prefer for new guests to call me early in the day and let me know how their day unfolds so I can create a magical experience with plenty of lead time.
My legal name is Diana and I have been offering healing ceremonies for over 16 years in Chicago, Boston, New York, California, Florida, Washington D.C., New Orleans and Atlanta, Georgia. I am very open with little to hide so please honor me with your real name when you contact me. As a certified Tantra Energy worker I come with over 16 years of experience working with men women and couples. I am very passionate about playing with sensual energy and making mind body and heart connections with my new guests and repeat visitors. I incorporate and blend energy work such as Usui Reiki, Chakra Cleansing, sound healing, polarity, lomi lomi strokes, cranial sacral, and tantra pranayama during my unique presentation of tantra yoga. Each session is uniquely yours and I encourage anyone new to tantra to set aside a full 90 minutes or 2 hours so that we can accomplish a complete journey of bliss for you to explore.

My session with Diana was a magical exploration of sensuality in a sacred environment. Why the word sacred? Well, I struggled with that word when I first saw it, not knowing exactly what it meant to me, until one day, weeks after my session with her, I finally understood it well enough for me: it was a sacred space because it was free of pressure and expectation that fill our everyday space. How to prepare yourself before a Healing Tantra ceremony with your Goddess ❀❃

I decided to write this essay for you because so many people who have never enjoyed a tantra ceremony call me wondering how they should prepare for a session and what should they wear or bring.  You contacted me for a special reason and only YOU know what propelled you to initiate contact with me for your first tantra ceremony so I want YOU to benefit from our time together.

If you really want to learn the basics of tantra be honest with yourself and take some time to write down a few basic goals for yourself in a journal entry or an index card.  Be creative and be easy on yourself because if this your first time you might not have a clue what is involved in a beginner’s tantra ceremony so if you really want to experience a more complicated session such as my Goddess worship offerings then please schedule a two hour ceremony with me or longer because this is a more intricate session and if you are a beginner without a strong background or history of reiki, yoga and or energy healing you might feel out of your element learning about my energy if you don’t first understand about the intricacies of basic breathing exercises and how to touch with intention.

If you can devote a few hours with me for your first session that gives you a solid foundation for increasing your knowledge gradually and you can start out your own private daily practice by now purchasing a few basic books on tantra yoga because if you are investing money in yourself you may as well get better at understanding the fundamentals of tantra and healing your body or you are wasting your energy and your money is not being well spent.  Just because you decide you may wish to visit me once a year or once in a blue moon does not make you an “expert” on tantra yoga and you need to realize you have to be very patient with yourself to see and feel the benefits of full kundalini shakti massage.  These sessions are pure energy work and not for entertainment purposes only.  You might find with daily practice that you attract new business opportunities to you or you might feel more energetic or more sensitive and emotional to the needs of others around you. 

The day before your first tantra healing write down just  a handful of important goals you wish for us to share together.  Share these goals with me before our session so you feel like you are more in control of your session.  I want you to feel like you understand everything we are doing and why we are breathing together or why we need to look at each other from time to time.  This is a connective and nurturing ceremony and the exchange of energy should be done when both of us are feeling good and both of us are at our optimal peak performance for healing.

I strongly recommend you drink a full gallon of good quality water the day before our session and keep hydrated because tantra yoga and tantra massage is a way to release toxicity in your body and you will need a well hydrated body not a body diluted with toxins and or caffeine or alcoholic beverages.  Think pure distilled water and drink it up the day before our session and the morning of our session because you want your body to feel good not tired!  Don’t worry about taking trips to my bathroom you can interrupt our session as many times as you need to to detox your body of anything it no longer needs.  Many people either get thirsty or need to use the bathroom frequently during our session so naturally if you schedule me for 90 minutes or longer I will add on extra time to your session to accommodate your needs.  Please do not schedule something for yourself immediately after our tantra ceremony.  You may wish to leave a gap of time so that you not “on the clock”.  Naturally if you have a deadline or a business meeting I will end our ceremony on time according to your needs but if you know you have some leisure time all for yourself it is wiser not to book something close to our session just so you can enjoy the energy we shared together and enjoy the “buzz” of kundalini shakti!

I love to use pure, aromatic essential oils like lime, tea tree oil, lavender and grapefruit so if you know you have allergies you must share your allergies with me.  Just because something is organic does not mean it is good for your skin if you suffer from certain sensitivities so share those sensitivities with me before our session even begins.  Try and dress casually to our session and bring a pair of spare clothes if you wish.  You are welcome to use my private shower if you need to get rid of any excess oils or scents prior to your return to work.  I do not mind your need to “wash off” after our session. 

So there you have it.  Eat well or try to eat healthy the day before our session eating foods that have a high nutritional benefit to you and that are high in water content.  Drink a lot of healthy fresh vegetable juices and or a gallon of distilled water so you feel “fresher” and more alert for our session.  Dress casually and bring a set of fresh work clothes with you if you are returning to work after our time together.  Most of all see me as your friend.  I want you to really get the most out of our shared time together.  If there are special requests you have of me or parts of your body you do not wish to be explored please tell me that before we even begin our ceremony.  Some people do not like to have their feet touched or their scalp massaged or their ears touched.  Share all that information about you before we begin.  I want you to feel nurtured and I want you to receive exactly what you wanted to learn but I can not read your mind so vocalize your needs to me before and during our shared tantra ceremony!

Most of all thank you for entrusting me with your energy.  I  want this to be a special experience for you so be sure to focus on exactly what it is you want to happen during our ceremony and if it is something I offer on my list of ceremonial offerings I will be delighted to share those goals with you!
