I would be delighted if you would subscribe to my YouTube channel. I share a bit of information on tantra yoga and it’s also an opportunity for me to vent and share some personal life events that happen to me here in Chicago, Illinois.

I’m a native Chicagoan but I’ve enjoyed traveling throughout the United states with my pets during my career as a licensedtantra educator,  reiki master and yogini.

I offer traditional authentic tantra ceremonies here in Chicago and always implement nurturing  reiki touch, energetic healing, massage,  yoga and chakra balancing during my sessions.

One way to explore Tantra is through eye-gazing. As we gaze deeply into one another’s eyes we keep our mind and heart open and free of judgments. Your heart will expand and unfold like a blossoming flower and you will begin to be fully in the moment and honor the soul of another being.

When we gaze and focus upon the left eye of the one facing you you can look directly into their Soul. We mirror eachother and learn Empathy for another.

We are all human beings making mistakes but we can take time away from the Mundane and learn how to connect to our Higher Selves by co creation of Sacred Space.

The simple act of joining hands, looking into each other’s eyes and breathing together is part of how we establish and Co create sacred space.  We honor one another with the breath and acknowledge the Divine Creator within each of our physical bodies.

Tantra is a very intimate and Sacred way of sharing your compassion with another being. We are focused solely on the current moment and we try and empty our minds and free ourselves of self judgment.
