Sometimes people just need to be listened to

Best advice i can offer everyone here is most people don’t like being told what to do

and if you genuinely care for your friend and you truly don’t want them to be hurt again or date the wrong person you naturally want to warn them

The problem with being honest though is most people don’t like for you to meddle and they might resent you for being too bossy and will eventually leave you and your advice in the dust

just listen
most people need a sounding board and don’t get too wrapped up in other people’s karma

we all have karma
some of us need to just let karma unfold and that’s actually how we learn and grow

But then you’re rewarded with coldness or silence from your friend
After doling out your heartfelt advice
But it wasn’t welcomed advice and you lose your friendship 😕
Well I guess just listen 🎶 and Don’t judge

Don’t interfere in your friend’s Karma. Someone may not be emotionally ready to give up a toxic relationship or habit. Sometimes people need to repeat the same mistakes till they realize a belief system or a person no longer makes sense.

Banned on Instagram

This past month a lot of privately owned businesses lost their business accounts on Instagram

Because of these actions many people including myself have lost revenue.

I took notice that many people in my industry advocating for sensual wellness who are certified #tantra educators have not lost their accounts.

I did receive a few graphic and inappropriate messages in my Instagram inbox.  I didn’t realize #AIBOTS monitor our private DM’S but yes all our conversations are being monitored by #AI SO if you want more privacy i suggest you shut your smartphone off completely and conduct a private one on one conversation with your clients, family and friends instead.

Many people have been fired or laid off from Meta headquarters and replaced by AI bots.  The bots went full on rogue and flagged and suspended accounts on #instagram

I feel that since only the top elite celebrities and major franchises have not been affected that leaves a huge gap and audience left for their goods and services and small people like me are experiencing even more lost opportunities for the general public to find us.

Take time out just for yourself

It’s very hard for caretakers to set aside time for themselves to simply relax.

I’ve worked with clients who are  unstoppable. They focus solely on work obligations, sick family members and they overextend themselves to the point where they feel guilty relaxing.

Some of my clients leave their cellphones on and actively read incoming text messages just in case of a family or business emergency.  They never fully shut their minds off not even to experience a mindful massage ceremony fully.  Of course this isn’t recommended nor is it good for your central nervous system.

Eventually though their bodies are so run down that they become physically sick and they end up taking time out without wanting to but at this point they have no choice.

Did I mention that stress ages you prematurely?  By denying yourself moments of stillness and complete rest your body’s cells don’t have an opportunity to rejuvenate.  You will find that your skin looks dull and your body will start producing cortisol which leads to inflammation, bloating, weight gain and sleep disruptions. 

You matter!  You deserve moments of nurturing and your mind needs to rest not just your physical body.

In honor of Papa Legba

I’ve had Beautiful encounters with Papa Legba most of my life 

And this past Sunday I called upon his energy and within seconds my wish was fulfilled. I’ve also had positive experiences with other Beings …one Angel in particular. When you believe in Absolutely nothing you are Hollow inside. When you believe in Nothing you Access Nothing 

[Guardian of the crossroads: He is the guardian of crossroads, a place where paths converge, and is seen as the first spirit encountered when seeking communication with the spirit world. 

Mediator and communicator: He acts as a bridge between humans and the loa (spirits) in the Vodou pantheon, translating prayers and petitions. 

Opener of doors and pathways: He is known for opening doors, both physically and metaphorically, to new opportunities and positive paths. 

Trickster deity: While a helpful and revered figure, he is also known for his mischievous and playful nature.

Cane or walking stick: Represents his role as an elder and the bridge between worlds.
